Ingredients:
1 cup whey protein powder
2 eggs Water
Preparation:
Mix the protein & eggs together.
Add water until you get the right consistency.
Then cook pancake mixture as you normally would in a pan
They can be a little dry because they are made with protein powder, so I usually top with these few items:
Frozen berries (heated in the microwave for 30 seconds, makes a great berry sauce).
Peanut butter (or other nut butters), bananas (sometimes I add dark chocolate chips to the pancakes)
Real maple syrup.
Melted dark chocolate & slices of strawberries
Yogurt
